The Marshmallow research Test, is a test introduced by Stanford which tests a kid’s self control. The test works by placing a marshmallow in front of a child, and telling him not to eat it until the proctor comes back to the room. The kid is left all alone with a solitary marshmallow on a plate. Will he eat it? – is the question that can possibly determine if the child will be the next Steve Jobs or not. Whether or not that statement is accurate, a child that will wait for 5/10 minutes with a marshmallow on his plate and no supervision exemplifies great self control and success. Try it with your child! Hide a secret camera to make it more interesting.
